Shipping & Returns
Returns & Exchanges:
We offer exchange or return within 10 days after receiving the goods. All exchange or return items must be unused, in their original condition, and with product tags attached. Please contact us at email@example.com to get RA (return authorization) before returning the item or sending it for exchange.
Please return the item using a service with tracking number at your own cost and notify us of the shipment details. All refunds with exclusion of shipping cost will be credited to your original form of payment within 3 business day (usually the next business day) after returned goods has been accepted.
Damaged / Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is wrong, damaged or defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days after receipt. After 10 days, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund for wrong, damaged or defective product.
Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.
